Our general terms and conditions apply
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive written confirmation from the landlord. The following guidelines apply:
No cancellation fee from the day the contract is concluded up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period
from the 42nd day to the 29th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the total price
after that and in case of no-show 90% of the total price
The landlord tries to keep the damage as low as possible and to rent it out to someone else. You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient. Furthermore, an equivalent rebooking can be made according to availability.
The lessor is entitled to withdraw from the contract for an objectively justifiable reason or to terminate it extraordinarily if force majeure or other circumstances for which the lessor is not responsible make it impossible to fulfill the contract

It offers a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities to numerous castles, bathing lakes and beautiful vantage points. In addition, there is a barefoot path in Ludwigswinkel, the sculpture path, a miniature golf course, the possibility of horseback riding and 3 bathing lakes. A highlight is the biosphere house nature experience center in Fischbach with its treetop path.

Host informationWe, the family Gümbel, have been rooted in Ludwigswinkel since 1972 and love this climatic health resort, nature, the Palatinate Forest and the beautiful red sandstone rocks, castles and bathing ponds. Although our holiday home is on the edge of the forest, you can reach the "village pond" and/or the village center by foot in about 10-15 minutes. Ludwigswinkel offers many recreational opportunities and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. A few tips are ready for you in the house.

Wir sind leidenschaftliche Pfälzer-Wald-Wanderer und waren schon viele Male dort. Aber so ein schönes Haus mit einem so tollen Garten hatten wir noch nie! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und bekamen alles erklärt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist total gemütlich und die Betten ein Traum! Alles ist blitzsauber und für kühlere Tage sind viele Decken da. Auch gibt es einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum! Riesengroß, viele alte Bäume und überall sind kleine lauschige Plätze zum lesen/dösen/nichts tun. Unser Hund war eigentlich nur zum schlafen im Haus, sonst war er nur auf dem Grundstück (ausbruchssicher) unterwegs. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben absolute Ruhe gesucht und gefunden. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an die Vermieter. Nach einem lieben Empfang haben wir ein Ferienhaus übergeben bekommen, das top sauber war. Es ist mit allen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren Top, wunderbar geschlafen. Vor allen mal ordentliche Kopfkissen. Wir haben eine Woche erwischt, wo es sehr warm war, Im FH trotz allen sehr angenehme Temperatur. Wir haben Abends noch lange draußen gesessen. Da Frühaufsteher, Natur pur, konnten mit ansehen, wie alles erwacht, Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter, sind gut erholt wieder nach Hause gefahren. Kommen noch mal wieder. Leider war für 2026 schon alles belegt
