Cancellation policy
The lessee has the right to withdraw from the rental agreement in writing before the start of the rental period without having to provide a reason. In the event of withdrawal, the following cancellation costs apply:
If the cancellation is received in writing between 10 and 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total price. If the cancellation is received in writing between 7 and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% of the total price. If the cancellation is received in writing less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the houseboat is not available for the booked period the lessee will be refunded any money paid thus far.

Getting there
Address for GPS: Marina am Stau, Am Stau 3, 23568 Lübeck
From Hamburg: A1 to Bad Schwartau, then A 226 towards Travemünde; after 3 km turn towards Lübeck/ Schlutup. Go through the Herrentunnel (toll currently: €2.10); immediately after the tunnel (before the ticket booth) turn right for Marina am Stau.
From Lübeck: travel towards Travemünde (Travemünder Allee), turn right after the Herrentunnel ticket booth for Marina am Stau. At the toll terminal, enter the destination "Herreninsel". The island ticket is free from the direction of Lübeck.

We, two families from Lübeck and the surrounding area, now have a new family member:
the "Janne" arrived at her home port, the Marina am Stau, in April 2022 and dropped anchor.
Here she's bound to bring us - and above all you - an unforgettable and relaxing holiday on the water.

Auf diesem liebevoll und praktisch eingerichteten Hausboot kann man eine wunderbare Auszeit erleben, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielt. Auch die tollen Tipps von Martin haben super gepasst, danke dafür! Liebe Grüße, Annette und Dirk

Tolle Vermieter, die Ihr Boot lieben und das ist auch in jedem Winkel des Objekts zu entdecken. Liebevoll hergerichtet, gemütlich und doch modern fühlt man sich direkt zu Hause.
Der Ausblick aufs Wasser ist toll, besonders am Morgen wenn die Sonne aufgeht.
Da wir im Winter auf der Janne waren, konnten wir leider die Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Hängematte auf der Terrasse nicht nutzen, aber das sind neben einem Kanu nur ein paar Dinge, die das Boot und den Urlaub besonders machen.
