Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In the event of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests,
should a cancellation occur, we will definitely find a mutually agreeable solution!
We will always strive to realize a replacement rental and in this case would only charge the reduced earnings and a flat fee of 50€. We would then waive the costs outlined above!!!

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage direkt an einer Gracht, mit eigenem Steg. Auf der großzügigen zur Gracht hin offenen Terrasse bekommt man regelmäßig Besuch von Enten und Kaninchen. Das Haus selber ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit ausreichend Stauraum und ist mit allen notwendigen Ausstattungen ausgestattet.
Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen und dass es im ganzen Haus sehr gut roch. Auch die vorhandene Sauna war groß und sauber und hat uns Freude bereitet. Die Vermieterin stand uns sowohl bei Fragen vor der Ankunft als auch während des Aufenthaltes schnell und zuverlässig zur Verfügung.
Wer Makkum und Friesland mag ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben.
Vielen Dank dass Sie Ihr Haus mit uns teilen.

Wir haben bei schönstem Herbstwetter ein langes September-Wochenende in diesem Haus verbracht und uns von der Buchung an gut betreut gefühlt. Frau Kleinofen war sehr hilfsbereit, immer sofort erreichbar und auch sehr entgegenkommend, was unsere Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten betraf.
Das Haus ist noch schöner und besser ausgestattet, als auf den Fotos dargestellt . Es ist wirklich alles an Ausstattung vorhanden und das Haus selbst ist modern, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten bei Anreise bezogen.
Wir haben die windgeschützte Terrasse sehr genossen, zumal es Ende September noch schön warm war. Es herrschte im Ferienpark eine himmlische Ruhe (was sicher in der Hauptreisezeit icht der Fall sein wird).
Wir werden sicher Wiederholungstäter. Ganz klare Buchungsempfehlung von uns.
