Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel, Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Up to 42 days before the arrival day, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In case of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests,
if a cancellation occurs, we will definitely find an amicable solution!
We will always strive to realize a substitute rental and in this case would charge a maximum of the shortfall and a flat rate of 50€. We would then waive the above-mentioned costs!!!

Wir hatten einen von Beginn (Buchung) bis zum Ende (Abschluss) wunderbaren und sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem sehr geschmackvollen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus Wasserperle. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus ist super gut ausgestattet , insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aber auch das Wohnzimmer mit der tollen Wohnlandschaft lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die Schlafräume sind schön groß mit genügend Ablagemöglickeiten. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne große Sauna.
Frau Kleinofen war immer ansprechbar und hat sich sehr schnell und liebevoll um die Beantwortung aller unserer Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert.
