Cancellation policy
Cancellation can only be made in text form by mail or email and is effective only from receipt .
In case of withdrawal from the contract, up to 60 days before the agreed rental period, 30% of the rental price is payable by the tenant. In the event of cancellation at a later date, 90% of the rental price will be charged.
Cancellations due to Corona and related travel bans will be refunded 100%.

You can reach the vacation home Altes Forsthaus via bumpy sandy paths in the unique natural location of Zartwitzer Hütte, swimming opportunities are offered by the Pagelsee, which is about 2 km away, and the beaches of the Müritz. The southern Müritz region is an Eldorado for all kinds of water sports. A well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails through the Müritz National Park, makes you want to explore this impressive nature. The bus stop of the free Müritz Rundum bus is 800 m away.

The cottage is located in the Müritz National Park which is restricted for private cars. For the duration of the stay you get the right to drive in the Müritz National Park with your car. The nearest train station is in Kratzeburg about 8 km away and can be reached in 2h intervals.

Wir haben uns im Forsthaus Zartwitzer Hütte sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zusammen mit drei weiteren Häusern auf einer Lichtung mitten im Nationalpark. Schon die Anfahrt über Sandwege ist ein Ausblick auf Ruhe und Natur. Im Ferienhaus muss man deswegen aber auf nichts verzichten. Es ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Schnelles Internet ist vorhanden (Das ist wichtig, da unsere Smartphones keinen Empfang hatten.). Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist einladend und schön gestaltet. Wir haben hier gerne gefrühstückt und dabei die Schwalben und Kraniche beobachtet.
Der Kontakt zu Herrn Wittke war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten im Forsthaus eine tolle Zeit und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten des Naturschutzparks sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Wer entspannen will, ist hier absolut richtig. Man ist umringt von der Natur. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren ist es ideal gelegen. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
