Cancellation:
1) for reasons of force majeure:
If there are "unavoidable extraordinary circumstances" or "force majeure" on the day of travel, such as the Corona pandemic, I will refund your deposit, or keep it and charge it to a subsequent holiday next year, as you wish.
2) For personal reasons:
a) If it is possible to re-let the flat, the entire deposit will be deferred to a stay in the following year, or part of it if I have to re-let the flat at a cheaper price.
b) If it is no longer possible to sublet the flat, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit up to 90 days before arrival, and thereafter the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount until the day of arrival.
c) Late arrivals and early departures will be charged 100% of the flat price.
3) I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
