Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental contract for any reason, the tenant will pay the following compensation:
a) 15% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made more than 3 months before the start of the rental period
b) 50% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made between one and 3 months before the start of the rental period
c) 75% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made one month to one week before the start of the rental period
d) 100% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the rental period
In the case of a rebooking at the tenant's request, the aforementioned cancellation dates apply.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (possibly with Corona travel protection).

Holiday destination
The holiday park Scheldeveste is crisscrossed with canals, and the house has a small terrace by the water. And it's only about a 5-minute walk to the 11 km long sandy beach, as it is located directly behind the dike. Only the dunes separate the park from the sea and the 11 km long, fine sandy natural beach. The park offers an indoor pool, a sports hall, and an adventure island for children. Noteworthy cities in the vicinity include Sluis, Knokke, Brugge, Gent, Damme, and Hulst.
Getting there
Traveling through Belgium towards Antwerp, through the Kennedy Tunnel. Then head towards Bruges/Rotterdam. Follow the N49 until Kaprijke, then turn off towards Breskens.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in super Lage mit einem schönen eingezäuntem Garten und mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.
Gepflegte und geschmackvolle sowie hochwertige Inneneinrichtung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit guten Elektrogeräten und neuen Töpfen und Pfannen. Alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorhanden.

Ein wirklich schönes gepflegtes Haus mit einem richtig schönen Garten. Terrasse
überdacht.
Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten hinzu gebucht werden. Bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Der Kontakt mit Familie Arkesteijn war super nett.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
