Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, the tenant shall pay the following compensation:
a) 15% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made more than 3 months before the start of the rental period
b) 50% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made between one and 3 months before the start of the rental period
c) 75% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made one month to one week before the start of the rental period
d) 100% of the rental amount if the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the rental period
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (possibly with Corona travel protection).

The park is located on the west side of the ferry port, almost on the beach, directly behind the sea dike. Only the dunes separate the park from the sea and the 11 km long, fine sandy natural beach. To be independent of the wind and weather, the park offers an indoor swimming pool, a sports hall, and an adventure island for children. Notable cities in the vicinity include Sluis, Knokke, Brugge, Gent, Damme, and Hulst.
Getting there
Through Belgium towards Antwerp, through the Kennedy Tunnel. Then towards Bruges/Rotterdam. Take the N49 to Kaprijke, then turn off towards Breskens.

Wir, 5 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde, sind angekommen und haben uns sofort alle super wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Man erkennt sofort, dass es mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Auch der Garten ist super schön. Aufgrund des tollen Wetters konnten wir diesen jeden Tag nutzen und genießen. Auch unsere Fellnasen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist TOP. In nur Gehminuten ist man am schönen Strand. Wir haben bereits für das nächste Jahr gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.
Herzlichen Dank liebe Familie Arkesteijn für dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Wir haben schon einige gehabt, aber keins ist vergleichbar. Danke auch für die gute und reibungslose Kommunikation

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an Nichts,
wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem kann man nicht helfen. Es war alles sehr sauber, der Garten ist wunderschön, Sonne, bis spät in den Abend und eine Loungeecke, wenn man im Schatten sitzen möchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist großartig. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, auch unsere Fellnasen waren herzlich willkommen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt....wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher, Herzlichen Dank an Familie Arkesteijn
