1) Our 10 holiday properties (also the flats) have their own separate entrance from outsid (from the path - like a terraced house), so you can decide for yourself who you meet.
2) We always hand over the keys contactless - after your holiday home has been perfectly prepared for you...
3) We have well-equipped kitchens in every holiday home. So you would not have to go out to eat if you wish and you can cook comfortably. Many restaurants deliver food to San Juan de Capistrano.
4) We have taken further measures in addition to our always good hygiene regulations at '(post)corona times'.
• Important information: Your holiday flat is idyllically and picturesquely situated in the wonderful resort San Juan de Capistrano (directly at the nature park), the motorway runs deep in the tunnel under the complex. Some online maps misrepresent this. You can hear almost nothing and see the motorway only in the far distance.

Current note: Due to some guest suggestions last winter, there are now an additional 2 thick winter duvets per flat. Even in Andalusia the nights can be a bit chilly. It has been pointed out to us that many people like to heat the bedrooms rather little.

Nerja is considered one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol and is the ideal starting point for beautiful and interesting excursions and also hiking tours. The sun-drenched coasts always offer a climate for soaking up the sun and light and for many sporting activities.
Almost everything is open all year round and there is always a good infrastructure at your disposal. In winter, the nearest supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes by car, from Easter to 20 November even on foot directly in the complex next to the pool area - which is also generally open from Easter onwards (until 31.10). And even in winter you can walk about 10 minutes to two smaller supermarkets (down the hill a bit). Very often, at least one of the resort's 4 restaurants is still open in winter.
The famous Burriana beach and Nerja centre are about 1.5 - 2.5 km away (3 or 5 minutes by car or by bus directly from the resort). Sports possibilities are almost unlimited. Tennis, horse riding, paragliding (10 km away), many water sports, etc.
A rental car is recommended and much more convenient, but not absolutely necessary due to the bus connection. Rental tips for serious and inexpensive car hire are offered online on the rental page.
Important! The resort/complex and your holiday flat are not located directly on the motorway. The motorway shown in the maps runs deep down in the tunnel, you will notice very little of it! Picturesque, green and idyllic location directly at the nature park!
Your penthouse is idyllically situated at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the 'Parque Natural' and offers one of the most beautiful panoramic sea views in the area. Topless/nudism is possible on your terrace due to the sheltered location.
The beautiful garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano is built in terraced neo-Moorish (Andalusian) style and has a very picturesque and picturesque atmosphere. It is part of the town of Nerja and is only 5 minutes by car from the centre and the old town. You can reach the beautiful Burriana beach in 3 minutes by car or by regular bus directly from San Juan de Capistrano.

In the spacious pool area with open spaces and sunbeds for rent (cheap), there is a separate children's pool for the very young and a small supermarket for quick purchases (both open daily from normally each year at least Easter until the end of October, the supermarket is even usually open from Easter until mid-November).
If required: A bus runs regularly to Nerja centre and to the comfortable beach (with beach showers and toilets).

We, a couple around 50, are your directly responsible private landlords. For a long time we have lived & worked in Nerja ourselves for most of the year - this guarantees you a relaxed holiday. If there is a task to be solved, we can organise it promptly - as we speak Spanish & are well connected. We work with a good house technician - and the excellent cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order other services. We fell in love with this area back in 2001 and quickly attracted other travel enthusiasts. This way we were able to win over some more 'shareholders' within the family for our private holiday rental, in order to offer you a great selection of 10 private, modern holiday properties by now. The renting and the formalities are of course organised by us here on site, so that there are many advantages for you with this concept, but the booking etc. is uncomplicated.
