The property is located on a quiet street, 750 meters from Plage Central. It's 500 meters to the shopping street.
Bordeaux, besides the wine museum Cite de Vin, offers a beautiful city center with shopping opportunities and much more. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine region is a treat for wine enthusiasts with the village of St. Emillon, where you can taste and buy wine.
Arcachon, Dune du Pilat, and the oyster beds in le Cap Ferret are always worth a trip.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Man kann alles sehr gut fußlaufig erreichen - Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants.
Außerdem ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist an alles gedacht, vor allem die Küche hat eine Top Ausstattung. Die Terrasse hinten ist gemütlich zum Sitzen und Essen, wir haben gerne und viel gegrillt und dort gesessen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist ausgezeichnet. Im Vorfeld haben wir schon ganz viele Infos erhalten und auch während unserem Aufenthalt waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, ob groß,oder klein, alle haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir können das Ferienhaus unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Es ist eine wunderbare Oase.

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen u.ruhigen Wohnviertel. Strand, Supermarkt u.Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet u.liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der schönen Gartenterrasse gefrühstückt u.abends auch gerne dort gegessen (Grill) oder gesessen, abends mit den gemütlichen Laternen.
Auf der vorderen Eingangsterrasse befindet sich ein Wasseranschluss mit Schlauch, so dass man sich vom Strand kommend den Sand von den Füßen abwaschen konnte. Vorne neben dem Haus befinden sich außerdem noch Wäscheleinen, wo wir gerne direkt unsere Strandtücher aufhängen konnten.
Die Vermieter haben uns im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Informationen sowohl zum Haus als auch den örtlichen Gegebenheiten gegeben-wir waren perfekt vorbereitet.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
