Holiday destination
The seaside resort of Rabac can be reached via a dirt road three kilometers away. In recent years, high-quality hotel and resort facilities have been built here, such as the Girandella Resort. Most of the services offered are also open to the public, so that interesting offers such as wellness, diving, fitness, restaurants, bike rental and much more are available in the immediate vicinity. Rabac also has a very beautiful promenade along the sea. In addition to the medieval town center, Labin also has many very good restaurants.
Getting there
The best way to travel from Germany to Villach is via Salzburg. The Karawanken tunnel on the Slovenian border is a bottleneck with uncomfortable waiting times in the main season, especially on Saturdays. We therefore recommend renting the villa from Sunday to Sunday during the main season. Alternatives to the Karawanken tunnel are the Loiblpass via Klagenfurt or the Wurzenpass. Then continue towards Ljubljana and then Rijeka. The waiting times at the Croatian border should be eliminated in the near future due to the country's early accession to Schengen. From Rijeka towards Pula through the Ucka tunnel. After the tunnel turn to Labin. The journey from Labin to Mali Kosi runs over narrow roads, first in the direction of Ripenda, then Ripenda Kosi. After the Mali Kosi sign, take the second left to the end.

I am Sandra and the landlady of Villa Aurinia. My main job is the upbringing of our three sons and I help my husband with administrative tasks in his freelance work. From 2022 I will also take care of our holiday guests. About seven years ago we discovered the small village of Mali Kosi and were so excited that we bought a beautiful piece of land there. After two years of construction, we completed Villa Aurinia in 2021. We are completely satisfied with the result and look forward to welcoming you as guests in our holiday home soon.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, bei der es an nichts fehlt. Besonders der Pool, die großzügige Terrasse und der wunderschöne Ausblick haben uns begeistert. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Zufahrtsstraße, die etwas schmal und gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Das schmälert den Gesamteindruck jedoch kaum. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Eine Woche voller Entspannung für die ganze Familie - mit toller Aussicht, Ruhe und einem Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Die Lage ist ganz besonders - ruhig und Blick aufs Meer und die Insel Cres. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: ein Pool mit Whirlbereich, der regelmäßig geprüft wird, Küchenausstattung, die wir so noch nicht kannten (und wir haben schon viele tolle Ferienhäuser besuchen dürfen). Die Aufteilung der Räume bietet sich auch an, mit Teenagern zu urlauben. Wenn man möchte, hat die Jugend etwas Ruhe für sich im OG. Alles ganz liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine sehr herzliche Betreuung vor dem Aufenthalt und auch währenddessen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder - der neue Aufenthalt ist bereits konkret geplant.
