Holiday house Andrea is located in Marcana, a small town in Istria. It is located 10 km from the first beach Duga Uvala and 9.4 km from Pula Airport.
Only the ground floor of the house is rented to guests. The ground floor consists of 2 separate apartments that are rented as one accommodation unit.
There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. Two rooms are with double beds and two rooms offer a total of 4 single beds. Inside each apartment, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
The owners of the house live on the first floor, which is not rented to guests. All facilities such as a swimming pool, 2 barbecues, and deck chairs can only be used by guests.
Guests can only meet the owners in the car park inside the courtyard.
Each apartment contains: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine.

"Prepayment amount" = 20% (out of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking.
If you cancel 31 days (or more days) before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 30 days (and fewer) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
Refundable damage deposit = 400 EUR
Maximum 1 dog. Pet fee is charged 10 EUR in cash per night, per 1 dog.
