Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be submitted to the landlord in writing. The date of receipt of the written cancellation is the date of withdrawal and the basis for the cancellation fee.
In the event of early departure, the full booking amount must be paid. The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-let unused properties if possible in order to avoid cancellations. A lump sum of 70 euros will be charged for the processing of the cancellation, to be paid by the guest.

Holiday destination
Directly on the south beach of Burgtiefe. In the immediate vicinity is the Burger Binnensee with surfing and sailing school, the FehMare adventure pool as well as shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes and the weather-independent leisure and recreation landscape Vitarium. The large family beach is only approx. 200m away. The Baltic Sea is in sight from the terrace.
Getting there
Arrival by car
Take the A1 towards Puttgarden/Fehmarn - exit Heiligenhafen-Ost / Fehmarn.
Cross the Fehmarnsund bridge and follow the B207 towards Burg auf Fehmarn.
In Burg continue in the direction of Burgtiefe/Südstrand. At the entrance to Burgtiefe, follow the signs to Stranddistelweg.

By train and bus:
Destination station is Burg auf Fehmarn or Puttgarden. From Puttgarden the bus line 5751 goes directly to the front door. The bus stop Burgtiefe/Yachthafen is 50m from the house.

Von der Anfrage über Buchung bis hin zum Erhalt aller wichtigen Infos (Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe, Parkplatz) hat alles prima geklappt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (Infomappe, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Haartrockner,...), modern eingerichtet, einladend, gemütlich. Lage zum Strand top. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und wir wü/erden wieder kommen :)

Wir sind zu 3. angereist. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend und in einem guten Zustand. Leider haben wir was Hygiene und Service angeht noch ein paar Kritikpunkte. Denn wir fanden leider noch Haare in der Dusche, was ein Hygienisches NoGo ist unseres erachtens nach. Auch die Balkonmöbel hätten etwas gereinigt werden können, dennoch ist dies Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Es war von der Breite was Verbrauchsmaterialen angeht viel vorhanden, aber leider alles so gut wie leer, also dennoch fast unnötig, aber das auch nur ein kleine Anmerkung.Am Anreisetag hatten wir noch keine Daten zum Ablauf.Ansonsten hat uns die Ferienwohnung überzeugt und wir würden sie, wenn diese paar Kritikpunkte behoben werden sollten, gerne wieder herkommen.
