This beautiful villa is situated in Labin, in the eastern part of Istria, and it offers a relaxed stay for up to 12 guests. In the house you will find 5 bedrooms with 3 french beds and 2 double beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are decorated in modern style, with a lot of attentions given to small details. There are some nice touches, like guitars hanging from the wall, and maybe the biggest attraction will be a big swimming pool shaped like a guitar, with strings under the water. The pool is surrounded by desk chairs and sunshaders. The house features two kitchens that are both equipped with oven, stove, refrigerators, water kettles, and one microwave oven, toaster, a dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is quite spacious, with its 200m2 there's plenty of space. In the living room you will also find a Tv with falt screen and satellite reception, and fast wi-fi Internet. There are also four bathrooms available, each with a shower. Washing machine and a hair dryer is available. You will also find a barbecue in the garden, and an open terrace with a dinning area where you can enjoy your morning coffee on fresh air. The first beach is located in Rabac, just a few km away. Pets are welcome for 5€ per day (10€ for bigger dogs). Parking places are available in front of the house.

The medieval town of Labin is situated on the hill above Rabac. Its old name of Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD. The birthplace of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, the reformer and collaborator of Martin Luther, it is a cultural and administrative center today. The rich cultural and architectural heritage of Labin is enlivened by number of art ateliers and by the bustling youth gathering in the coffee bars scattered around the old town. The Sculpture Park in nearby Dubrova features over 70 forma viva stone sculptures. After a walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town, pay a visit to the Town Museum with its archaeological and unique in this part of Europe, a miniature coal mine. Have a look at the Memorial collection of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, peek into the art ateliers, enjoy the view of Rabac and Cres island from the Fortica or pop into the small, elegant shops and take refreshments on one of the terraces of the local coffee bars. Whether to do business or just to have a chat, these are the places where everyone meets.
