Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be made in writing.
The tenant of the holiday home is obligated to pay the following fees for non-use of the contractual services for the booked and approved time period:
- for cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your rental period € 50
- for cancellation up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the rental period 50% of the rate agreed
For cancellations made at a later date, we charge 90% of the rate agreed.
If you depart earlier after the start of the rental period, the total booked time will still be charged.
Should the apartment not be available due to force majeure, the landlord can not be held liable.

Superschöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, wo man nach einem schönen Urlaubstag am
Abend entweder auf dem großen Balkon oder in der gemütlichen Wohnung die Seele baumeln lassen konnte.
Familie Baumann war immer sehr zu vorkommen und gaben Tips zu Ausflügen.
Leider war der schöne Urlaub viel zu schnell vorüber.

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 dort. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich, alles, was man benötigte, war vorhanden. Auch um die Kleinen wurde gesorgt, mit einem Kinderbett und einem Spielbereich. Wir durften sogar den Garten nutzen. In diesem Jahr freuen wir uns erneut auf entspannte Tage an der Tauber in Haus Rosi.
