The beautiful villa is located in a quiet area with green surroundings in Costa de la Calma. Costa de la Calma is a tranquil, upscale place within the municipality of Calvià . It is situated on the southwest coast of Mallorca, surrounded by the towns of Paguera and Santa Ponsa. Costa de la Calma is renowned for its stunning sunsets and fantastic views of the open sea. Far from mass tourism, Costa de la Calma offers a much quieter and well-maintained atmosphere.
In Costa de la Calma, there is a small mini beach and the slightly hidden cove "Cala Blanca," which also features a prominent rock ledge with a natural pool, kiosk, and sunbed rental. The sandy beaches of Santa Ponsa and Paguera are just a few minutes away. Several 18-hole golf courses with challenging courses are located in Camp de Mar and Santa Ponsa.
Fine dining restaurants have settled in the upscale locations of Puerto de Andratx, Port Adriano, and Puerto Portals.
Shopping opportunities are available in Santa Ponsa. Meanwhile, some designer stores have established themselves here, yet there are still small tourist shops.
Costa de la Calma is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

Exklusive Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick. Moderne Einrichtung mit ausreichender Ausstattung.
Die gesamte Gruppe hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service (Check-In & Check-Out) hat reibungslos funktioniert und bei Fragen war unsere Kontaktperson schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Kritikpunkte: Im unteren Bereich ist das Wasser in den Duschen nicht richtig bzw. sehr langsam abgelaufen, das Poollicht hat nicht funktioniert und im Außenbereich war die Wandfarbe klebrig.
