The Brajdine Lounge is a modern holiday home on a fairytale plot of 7,000 m². It is located in Juršići, 20 km from the most popular tourist destination in Istria, the city of Pula.

The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room. In the living room you can relax on the sofa next to the beautiful fireplace.
There are also comfortable deckchairs in front of the house. Here you get a unique view of the lavender and vineyards. You can hear the silence of nature accompanied by your loved ones with juice or good wine. It is a special experience in the evening.
The house is equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine and 3 air conditioners: 1 in the living room, 1 in each bedroom.
Guests have an enchanting view of the lavender field, the olive grove and the vineyard.
A slide, a swing and other facilities are available to guests in the courtyard.
The terrace is covered and there is a grill, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

"Prepayment amount" = 20% (out of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking.
Remaining payment = 80% (by agreement, one part 35 days before arival, one part in cash)
If you cancel 61 days (or more days) before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 60 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)
