Cancellation policy

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case. If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

Vermieter: Sehr unkompliziert, freundlich.Haus: Guter Zustand, alles da, was man braucht, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Zimmer: ausreichend groß, schöne Duschen in den Badezimmern, WLAN etwas schwach im OG trotz Repeater; genügend Bettwäsche/Handtücher.Garten umzäunt, Hunde können nicht weg; Pool zum Schwimmen etwas klein; genügend Liegestühle; Rutsche/Schaukeln für Kinder; um den Pool Kies,keine Rutschgefahr; kleiner Abstellraum für Fahrräder/Kinderwagen; Ort: sehr ruhig, tagsüber wird schon mal am Haus gegenüber gebaut. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Richtung Rovinj. Gebt im Navi "Lone Beach Rovinj" ein; sehr gute Anlage dort und auf dem Heimweg einkaufen bei Kaufland oder Lidl oder in Zminj beim Plodine; dort in der Nähe tolles Eis (Zugfahrt hinter einer Tankstelle).Alles in allem SEHR EMPFEHELENSWERT
