Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses: Cancellation: up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged. up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price (2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

We spent 10 amazing days at Villa Zara. The hosts gave us a warm welcome, and we were treated to delicious food and local wine upon our arrival. The house and outdoor space were fantastic. Gloria and Marijo were quick to respond to all our questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Very hospitable and generous, with a lovely dessert at one of the local restaurants. The pool was excellent, and the villa was clean and comfortable. I recommend renting a car so you can explore the small towns in the area. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend others to rent this amazing villa.
