In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred:

Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Other recreational opportunities
Just 6 kilometers from Den Helder, there is a Marine Museum, a Rescue Museum, a bowling center, a cinema, and a children's play paradise. In the summer, various markets and events take place. From here, you can also take a lovely day trip to the island of Texel.
Visiting the cheese city of Alkmaar is worthwhile. The neighboring town of Callantsoog is also very charming! Amsterdam can be reached within an hour's drive.
Bicycle and pedal car rental, a trampoline, miniature golf, as well as a café-restaurant are located right in the park.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in "Bungalowpark Strandslag" on the front line to the dune. The park is beautifully designed with a lake, restaurant, mini-golf course, playground, and bicycle rental.
In the neighboring park, there is a subtropical swimming pool with a tunnel slide. Here you will also find a beautiful 9-hole golf course, a restaurant with a children's playland. In the center of Julianadorp, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi / Lidl) and a nice covered shopping arcade (open on Sundays during the season).
Through the dunes, there are very nice cycling and hiking trails. At the dune crossings, you will find beautiful beach restaurants with views of the sea, which are mostly open all year round.

Mein Mann, unsere Kinder und ich haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Hier kann man wirklich sehr gut abschalten. Alles ist sauber und perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eingerichtet ( Hochstuhl, Kinderbett, Treppengitter oben und unten, kleiner Sandkasten und genug Spielzeug). Wir haben schon öfter unsere Urlaube in einem der Häuser von Familien Nienaber verbracht und wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Immer gern wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht.
Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, und die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich.
Der Garten mit der schönen Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Perfekt für sonnige Nachmittage oder laue Abende.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.
Ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
