Quietly located in an American neighborhood, our 160 sqm vacation house has everything for unforgettable holidays.

The 1000 sqm property has a direct access to the Caloosahatchee-River providing a private boat dock. Because of its 640 km of canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America.

A lovely pool area with its nice solar heatable and screened pool is perfect for lazing around.

Due to hurricane IAN we are not able to offer a screened patio and pool heating at the moment!!!

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Your residence in Cape Coral is the perfect starting point for activities of all sorts. Here you find shopping, beaches, sports and more.

Sanibel and Captiva, two of the numerous barrier islands, can be reached by boat and car fast, just like Ft. Myers. The Everglades with alligator farms and the popular airboat tours are also within one hour by car.

Trips to Bush Gardens in Tampa, the Babcock-Ranch are also close to Ft. Myers. Orlando with it's many attractions is a must.

Geräumige bestens ausgestattete Ferienvilla mit Fahrrädern und großem Pool
Ruhig gelegen, lediglich die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr sauber!

Das Ferienhaus ist idyllisch am Kanal gelegen und der Blick aufs Wasser ist sehr schön. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.Allerdings müsste mal drüber nachgedacht werden ,die Betten zu erneuern.Gut schlafen kann mann darin nicht.Soweit war alles wie beschrieben.Es ist auch eine sehr sichere und ruhige Gegend ,wie mann sich es in den Staaten wünscht.

Liebe Gäste,
es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Sie Probleme mit den Betten hatten. Sowohl Boxspring als auch Matratze im Master haben wir vor ungefähr eineinhalb Jahren ausgetauscht. Als wir vor ein paar Monaten mit Freunden einige Wochen im Haus waren, haben wir alle Zimmer/Betten benutzt und es ist uns nichts dergleichen aufgefallen; wenn ich auch zugeben muss, dass ungeteilte Matratzen bestimmt nicht jedermanns Sache sind... Wie dem auch sei, wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf unser Haus immer in Schuss zu halten und ich werde das selbstverständlich bei nächster Gelegenheit nochmal prüfen!
