Holiday destination
Altefähr is a great base for exploring the islands Rügen and Hiddensee as well as Stralsund and the surrounding region.
In the village you'll find a hair salon, a dentist and various eateries, including a Greek & a seafood restaurant. A ferry runs between Altefähr and Stralsund, and you can visit the harbours or the beautiful beach, whereas a trip to the Baltic Sea takes roughly 45 minutes.
Be sure to stop and take in the fantastic view across the Sund (a campsite) to Stralsund.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, so wie auch der Kontakt zur Anmietung bereits war. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, Wohlfühl-Schlafwohnraum, niedliche Küche & schönes Bad mit Dusche. Man ist zu Fuß schnell am Altefährer Hafen, hier kann man gut essen, Cocktails schlürfen und am Steg die Angel auswerfen. Mit der Fähre ist man auch fix in Stralsund.
Diese Unterkunft war zu 100% genau die Richtige für unseren Urlaub.
