Cancellation policy

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs. Comments

Refundable damage deposit = 500 EUR Smoking is allowed outside of the house, in the yard. Maximum 2 dogs. Only well behaved, small dogs, for 10 EUR a night. Pool heating is optional, and it costs 25 EUR/night of stay, or 100 EUR/week Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days before arrival. Pool heating is charged only for the entire stay.

Villa is 15,8 km away from Pula Airport. Rovinj is 20.9 km from the villa, and Porec is 33.8 km from the property. You can reach Pula in 20 minutes by car. Getting there

The city of Vodnjan is close to all of the major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, Brijuni and Rovinj. Vodnjan is a very small town, so you will easily find the address after we share the GPS coordinates with you.
