Getting there
From Hamburg approx. 624 kilometers via Fehmarn Puttgarden ferry (1 hour) Denmark to Copenhagen, then across the Öresund bridge to Malmö (Sweden) E6 motorway towards Helsingborg, change to E4 towards Stockholm to Ljunby, follow E25 towards Växjö (75 kilometers ) turn at Alvesta onto the 126 towards Lammhult, at the beginning of Lammhult turn right onto the small path near the horse stables, drive all the way down around the mountain to the house with the big lake! HURRAY, you have arrived. Total travel time approx. 8 hours by ferry!

Wir haben gerade 2 Wochen in der Villa Sjöängen verbracht.
Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Grundstück vorgefunden.
Der Blick auf den See ist das absolute Highlight.
Mein Mann und mein Sohn haben täglich vom Boot aus geangelt und dabei Hechte bis 105cm gefangen.
Mit unseren Hunden haben wir hier eine schöne entspannte Zeit verbracht.
Radfahren, Wandern und Pilze sammeln haben uns neben Boot fahren und Angeln die Tage nie lang werden lassen.
Den ein oder anderen Elch haben wir in näherer Umgebung auch gesichtet.
Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Haus, Sauna, Whirlpool und Seezugang mit Boot war super...leider hatten wir im Haus eine große Mäuseplage. Der Hausmeister hat uns zwar sofort Fallen gebracht, jedoch hatten wir täglich Mäusekot vorrangig in der Küche, sogar auf dem Herd, was wirklich sehr unhygienisch war. Auch in der Nacht wurden wir immer wieder von herumlaufenden Mäusen geweckt (unser Hund lies sich nur schwer beruhigen)...am Urlaubsende hatten wir sage und schreibe insgesamt 12 tote Mäuse. Leider hat diese Situation den Urlaub etwas getrübt.
