Cancellation policy
Cancellation
Guests may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period by written notice. Your cancellation will become effective upon receipt by ourselves.
The following cancellations fees apply:
In the event of cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 17 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
In case of a cancellation 0 - 16 days before the beginning of the rental period, 80% of the rental price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, the full price agreed for the stay must be paid.
In case of a cancellation we offer travel cancellation insurance.
The above fees are independent of any rental of the apartment through our efforts, the days that it has become vacant.

Holiday destination
A lake, only 10 minutes walk from the holiday home, is ideal for swimming with the whole family during the summer. Walking and hiking trails directly in front of the house and in the surrounding area.
More than 1,500 km of cycling and hiking trails lead you through the gently rolling Auerberg hills around Lechbruck am See.
The cultural attractions of Neuschwanstein, Füssen, Garmisch and the Ludwigs Festspielhaus are within easy reach.
Getting there
When coming by car from Augsburg, take the B17 to the Füssen exit, direction Füssen, Peiting West. Follow Füssen to Steingaden. In the town centre of Steingaden turn right towards Lechbruck. In Lechbruck, follow the signs for the campsite and holiday village Via Claudia.
Coming by car from Ulm via the A7 motorway to the Nesselwang exit. Exit the motorway there and continue in the direction of Pfronten/Füssen to Füssen. You will cross the town of Füssen towards Schwangau, Halblech. Then via Prem to Lechbruck following the signs for Campsite and Holiday Village Via Claudia.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Super schön und gemütlich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, vom Milchschäumer über Pürierstab bis zur Reibe. Man spaziert nur kurz aus dem Feriendorf und ist in der Natur. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank Familie Bessler!
