Cancellation fees: If the booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, but at least 130 € must be paid. The hinterland, with its colorful tulip fields, offers many surprises. An oasis of many small, cozy places are very close by. Alkmaar, IJsselmeer, Texel, and Callantsoog are just a few kilometers away. Julianadorp has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands.

Holiday destination
Our beach house MeerZeit is located in the beautiful and tranquil Yperhofpark, right next to a tulip field. Julianadorp aan Zee lies along the 30 km stretch of dunes between Bergen and Den Helder in North Holland. Here, you'll find a lovely shopping center (including Aldi, Lidl, and Deen), the fishmonger de Boer, a great ice cream café, numerous restaurants and cozy cafés, several doctors, a pharmacy, and other charming shops.
The house is situated in a small and quiet park surrounded by tulip fields. It features a beautifully landscaped garden that is fully fenced and bordered by hedges. A large playground is available in the park. Across the street from the park, there's a 9-hole golf course (golf lessons available), 6-hole family golf (suitable for everyone, play to your heart's content), mini-golf, and a new subtropical swimming pool (giant slide, whirlpool, children's pool). Julianadorp aan Zee has been awarded the "Blue Flag," signifying its clean and high-quality beach. The breathtaking sunsets are a must-see at the beach restaurant "PAAL 6" (open year-round) or during a beach walk.
There are fantastic excursion destinations that leave no room for boredom, such as Den Helder: Fort Kijkduin, the Marine Museum, the lighthouse at Huisduinen, the harbor, and the weekly market. The island of Texel: with a ferry departing every half hour from Den Helder. Alkmaar: historic old town, canal cruise, cheese market. IJsselmeer: the Afsluitdijk, Medemblik, Hoorn. Amsterdam: canal cruise, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House. Beverwijk: the largest bazaar in Europe.
A riding stable with 2 indoor arenas and guest boxes is in the immediate vicinity. Beach rides on rental horses or your own horses are possible.

Manchmal ist eine Pause in Julianadorp alles was man braucht.
Am Meer entlang gehen, dem Meer zuhören und den Rest der Welt eine Zeitlann vegessen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wenn man dann noch die Zeit in Haus Meer Zeit verbringen kann ist alles perfekt.

Wir hatten ein paar Wunderschöne Tage im Haus Meerzeit und Julianadorp.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Sauna ist ein großer Bonus.
Der Wohnpark ist ganz ruhig gelegen, man ist schnell durch die Dünen am Meer und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Durch den abgezäunten Garten war es Ideal für uns mit zwei kleinen Hunden.
Hinzu kommt das wir vom Wetter beschenkt worden sind. Wir hatten jeden Tag strahlenden Sonnenschein und bis zu 15 Grad. Rundum ein paar sehr gelungene Tage. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)
Wichtig ist uns noch zu erwähnen das die Vermieter sehr herzlich sind und man schnell ein gutes Gefühl bekommen hat.
