Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Son Carrió is a little village that belongs to Sant Llorens des Cardassar, located very near the gorgeous beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot and the Son Servera Pula Golf, all places about 4 to 11 km away. Although small, you will find all the necessary amenities you might during your stay. Only 9 km driving, you can visit Manacor city, known for its furniture industry. At the centre, you can do some shopping or try the Majorcan typical food at one of the excellent restaurants. The coast area is full of idyllic coves, like Cala Mendía, Cala Magrana or Cala Romantica or Porto Cristo beach, with its thin sand and crystallised water. Don't miss the famous Cuevas del Drac caves and its spectacular stalagmites and stalactites, as well as the underground lake!
