Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Holiday destination
The house is located in a historical, listed area, only a few minutes walk from the city centre with all its shops and restaurants. Everything is done on foot (train station, ferry, beach, thalassotherapy centre with a seawater pool heated to 28°C, casino, castle museum and of course the famous market of Dieppe and Quai Trudaine with its catch of the day). Free parking available in the street or on the beach.

Es fühlte sich sofort so an, als wäre ich in dem Frankreich gelandet, das ich mir erhofft hatte – diese perfekte Mischung aus Charme, Geschmack und Atmosphäre. Das Essen war absolut köstlich, es gab zahlreiche Optionen und qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten und Zubereitung. Noch besser war, dass das Team wunderbar herzlich und großzügig war, was das gesamte Erlebnis besonders machte. Definitiv ein Ort, den ich empfehlen und zu dem ich zurückkehren werde.
