The landscape in the Smoljanci region is known for its beautiful and medieval towns. Just a few minutes drive away, Svetvincenat is a charming village, known not only for its rich historical and cultural heritage, but also for excellent authentic Istrian cuisine. The picturesque town of Bale, with its breathtaking views of the landscape, preserved narrow streets and medieval buildings. The most romantic town in Istria - Rovinj - is only 20 minutes drive away. Famous for its baroque church St. Euphemia, the beautiful streets, squares and port. Many of the most beautiful Istrian beaches and coastal towns, such as Colone, San Paole, Vrsar, Funtana and the Limski Fjord can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes by car. Central Istria is also a perfect destination for cycling and trekking tours. Miles and miles of off-road routes, marked cycling paths through the vast expanses of the forest or cycle paths along the seashore can take you to the most beautiful places and lookout points.

Die Villa Emma ist traumhaft, sehr gut ausgestattet und das sauberste Ferienhaus und der größte Pool, die wir je hatten. Geschenke im Kühlschrank und ein duftendes Geschenkepaket erwarteten uns. An alles wurde liebevoll gedacht. Viel Infomaterial - man kann so viel unternehmen. Hinter dem Haus duftender Lavendel mit vielen Schmetterlingen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, auch vor Ort. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Kroatien und haben Zeit mittags am großen Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank dass unsere Hunde willkommen waren!
