Cancellation policy
Cancellation and no-show
In the event of cancellation or a no-show, we shall still be entitled to the rental price agreed for the period of your stay.
According to the interest rates set by law for the calculation of saved expenses, the guest must pay 90% of the rental price to the host, for cancellations up to 3 months before the rental period the amount is reduced to 80% of the rental price. The reparation will be dropped if the rental property can be let under the same conditions to another party.
Early departure (due to illness, accident, etc.) does not entitle the guest to reimbursement of the rendered accommodation price.

Liebe Familie Wenning,
wie immer herzlichen dank für die tolle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Toll das wir schon einen Tag eher anreisen konnten.
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar gelegen, so dass man schnell in alle Richtungen kann, ein gemeinsames kochen steht in der gut ausgestatteten Küche nix im Wege und selbst bei einem Regentag kann man es sich gemütlich mit einem Buch auf dem Sofa machen ( oder in die Sauna gehen )!
Wir haben direkt unsere kleine Auszeit für das nächste Jahr angefragt!

Wir haben eine schöne, erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schön gelegen und auch für (Klein-)Kinder geeignet. Die Buchung verlief angenehm unproblematisch. Für Vor- und Rückfragen standen die Vermieter und die Personen vor Ort stets zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
