Wir haben explizit (schriftlich) im Vorfeld nachgefragt, um welches Haus es sich handelt. Wir haben Bilder bekommen, es wurde uns schriftlich versichert, dass es sich bei dem Haus um ein privates Haus handelt, dass es sehr modern sei und sehr groß! Vor der Anreise bekamen wir die Zugangskarten von Roompot. Als wir anreisten, bekamen wir an der Rezeption gesagt, welches Haus es sei und dass die Zugangskarten unsere Schlüssel seien. Es war ein Haus des Parks! Als wir ankamen, waren wir sehr überrascht, da wir vor einer einfachen Doppelhaushälfte standen. Anbieter sagte, wir sollen zur Rezeption gehen, die sagten, es gibt kein anderes freies Haus und dann reagierte der Anbieter nicht mehr. Das Haus liegt auch nicht in den Dünen, sondern ca. 1 km davon entfernt. Kein schöner Urlaub, nie wieder!
