Holiday destination
The Helle Stuuv is located close to the Baltic Sea, which is only a few steps to the south. The small port of sailing boats is the center of the village, which has developed into a popular surf and kite area in recent years. From here you can take beautiful walks or bike tours in the great natural landscape of Fehmarn. The path across the dyke leads you to the Flügger lighthouse or around the whole island. The leisure possibilities range from surfing, kiting and sailing to extensive walks in the beautiful natural landscape of Fehmarn. Shops are located in Petersdorf or in Burg, the islands capital. The culinary highlight is the Aalkate, which is located opposite the apartment.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und ruhig. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck (kleine Löffel) vertragen. Wir meinen auch, die Küchenzeile könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden.
Etwas lästig fanden wir das Auf- und Abschließen. Die Außentür hat keinen Knauf. Dazu wäre ein 2. Schlüssel ganz nützlich.
Hinweisen sollte man Gäste auf das Parken unter den Bäumen im Badstaven. Fahrzeuge werden an einigen Stellen von den Vögeln sehr verschmutzt. Auch wir mussten in die Waschanlage fahren.

Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht, auf den Fotos wirkt die FW wesentlich schöner. Von der Wohnküche aus kann einem direkt in die Wohnung geschaut werden( MFH direkt gegenüber).Abends o. Rollo geht nicht. Kein Parkplatz am Haus. Treppe nach oben eng u. ohne Handlauf. Treppe zu den Mülltonnen sehr steil und schmal, für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Kein Smart TV (o. Internet). WLAN funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Bad nach 2 Tagen erst richtig warm. Die Wohnküche ist ein wenig abgenutzt und zweckmäßig. Die Lage in Burg ist sehr gut und die Dame von der Verwaltung soweit sehr freundlich. Preis/ Leistung stimmen aber nicht ,so das es mal gerade für 3 Sterne reicht. Eine Traumferienwohnung sieht anders aus.

Lieber Herr Krolik, es tut mir sehr leid, dass Ihnen Ihr Aufenthalt derart missfallen hat. Sie waren über Weihnachten dort und wegen des schwachen Internets haben wir noch an Heiligabend bis in den frühen Abend hinein mindestens vier mal miteinander telefoniert. Sogar der Internettechniker ist noch an den Weihnachtsfeiertagen bei Ihnen gewesen. Das defekte Bauteil haben wir sofort bestellt und verbaut, sodass das Internet wieder einwandfrei läuft. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie nicht streamen konnten, was Sie sich zu Weihnachten vorgenommen hatten. Einen DVD Player und eine schöne Auswahl an DVDs sind vor Ort. Was die Feuertreppe angeht, so haben Sie vielleicht in der Gästemappe vor Ort nicht gelesen, dass die Mülltonnen im Nebengebäude nicht über die Feuertreppe zu erreichen sind, sondern über den Hintereingang des Hauses. Es tut mir leid, wenn dies für Sie nicht eindeutig ersichtlich war. Vielleicht finden Sie für Ihren nächsten Urlaub eine passendere Unterkunft.
