Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Or you can take a trip to the river Cetina where you can experience rafting or canyoning. In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest motorway, allowing you to visit all major cities in a short time. There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvička jezera (3 hours), SKYWALK in Biokovo Nature Park (half hour). Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours just for you. In the area you can choose from many activities such as safari, zipline, horseback riding, cultural events or nightlife in Makarska.
Holiday destination
Pleasant area, out of the town. The nearest beach where you can swim and sunbathe is a pebble beach- 5 minutes drive in Krvavica. To the center of Makarska you also need 5 minutes by car.

Motorway A1 from Split, exit Zagvozd, after a few kilometres you will reach Villa Kuk

Die Villa war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung, sie ist also wunderschön!
Wir haben es besonders genossen, jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit. Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt.

Die Villa war top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wenn nicht hat der Eigentümer das sofort erledigt! Empfehle ich definitiv weiter!
