Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 43 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
