The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs.1 Z.10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply (www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBG). Cancellations and changes made up to 42 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Late cancellations and changes, or no-shows, will be charged 80% of the price of the entire booking. A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is due at any time after the booking is completed. Once your deposit is received, the apartment is firmly and bindingly reserved.
Please pay the remaining amount in cash on the day of arrival. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas erhöht und total ruhig am Berg.
Besonders gefallen hat uns der Carport direkt vor dem Eingang und der sehr große Balkon auf der Südseite.
2 moderne, äußerst saubere Zimmer, 2 Bäder und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, alles großzügig geschnitten, haben uns wirklich überrascht. Sehr gute Betten sorgten für tiefen Schlaf.
Auch unser Hund Sammy hat sich wohl gefühlt.
Die Gastgeberin Bettina ist sehr freundlich und hat uns zur Begrüßung eigene Erdbeeren gebracht.
Vom Haus kann man viele Ausgangspunkte für schöne Wanderungen schnell erreichen, so dass wir vielleicht nochmal wieder kommen und mehr Zeit mitbringen. Vielen Dank Bettina!

Es ist ein ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Familie Plauckner sind sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Immer für eine Gespräch bereit. Wenn doch mal was fehlt, wird es sofort erledigt oder besorgt. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
