- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The house is on the steps of Calle Gruad, which is in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of a bakery and small supermarket.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

maison très agréable, propre, joliment décorée et spacieuse, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le toit terrasse pour les petits-déjeuners et dîners avec vue sur la jolie ville de Pollenca (et son magnifique feu d'artifice de la fête du 2 août). Martina à été de bons conseils et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour ici...

Maison très agréable et idéalement placée, dans une rue très calme, tout en étant très proche du centre de Pollença à pied. Très bonne communication avec Martina, bonne réactivité et de bons conseils pour les environs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.
