The location is 5 km from the main highway on the road between Magnisia and Perama. Perama being only 5 minutes drive away is convenient for all your main shopping requirements. The nearest beach at Skaleta is only 7 kms away and the attractive town of Rethymno, with its old town, market and harbour, just a 20 minute drive. In the region are such attractions as The Monastery of Arkadi, ancient site of Elefterna, pottery village of Margarites, Melidoni cave etc.

Ein sehr gepflegtes , gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit super Service wie Reinigung,Wäschewechsel etc. und bester,freundlicher Betreuung durch Monique der Besitzerin. Garten und Terrasse gut möbliert . Pool sauber. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt ist man hier gut aufgehoben und will wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes gut ausgestattes Haus. Toller Pool mit riesiger Terrasse und super Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Anreise und Betreuung perfekt, Putzservice und Poolreinigung 2x die Woche, Tiere in der Nachbarschaft nicht zu laut. Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter sehr gut bei Sommerhitze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen. Auto erforderlich, Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück kaum Anliegerverkehr. Vielen Dank Monique für die schöne Zeit bei Euch:)
