Holiday house Rosalia is surrounded by a beautiful garden and big shared swimming pool, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for daily relaxation. You can enjoy a beautiful Seaview from the house, terraces or from the Swimming pool. House was totally renovated in 2018, so it offers a really good value. The sea is just 1500 meters away, close enough to easily reach it, but still far enough to relax in a quiet atmosphere.
The surface area of the entire estate is fenced and covered with olive trees. House has 115m2 of space and a shared outdoor swimming pool of 30m2 with 14 deck chairs, outdoor furnishing, parasols, outdoor shower and a table football game. Swimming pool is shared only with guests of another apartment. A private roofed parking area for two cars is right next to the house. There is also a perfect outdoor barbecue, where you can enjoy grilling your meal.

In the ground floor apartment you enter an open room that contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a wood stove and comfortable sofa.The dining area has a fully glass-lined wall facing the sea, making you feel as if you’re sitting outside even though you’re indoors. The view you enjoy while eating or cooking is absolutely beautiful. One double bed and one two single bed bedrooms with bed linens provide peaceful nights of sleep. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hair dryer. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the apartment provides satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-fi Internet connection. Outdoor furniture is furnishing for six and two deck chairs.
