Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels a booking up to 30 days before the rental period begins, cancellation fees of 50% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs from 4 weeks to 1 day before the rental period begins, 100% of the total amount will be charged. If our holiday home can be rented out for this period to someone else (even at a lower rate), only the difference will be charged. The reasons for cancellation are irrelevant. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., ERV - Europäische Reiseversicherung AG). In the event of early termination or no-show, the renter has no right to compensation for the unused rental period. A solution will always be found.

Getting there
From ARNHEIM, take the A 50 towards APELDOORN.
At ZWOLLE, turn onto the N 50 towards EMMELOORD/KAMPEN.
At the end of the N 50, take the A 6 towards JOURE and then, at the roundabout, take the A 7 towards SNEEK.
After SNEEK, head towards BOLSWARD until exit number 16 - Makkum/Witmarsum.
At the end of the exit, turn left towards Makkum.
You will receive detailed driving directions in good time before your arrival.

Wir waren als Freundinnen-Gruppe Gast in diesem wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Man kann sich bei jeder Wetterlage wohlfühlen: es gibt einen hauseigenen Steg mit Tretboot, 4 Fahrräder, einen Aussen-Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und werden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, alles sehr sauber und mit liebevoller Einrichtung-es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel.
Bezogene Betten, ausreichend Handtücher, einen zweiten Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner und sogar zwei Kaffeemaschinen (eine normale und eine Senseo), vier gute Fahrräder mit Gepäcktaschen und kleines Tretboot am Steg. Zwei schöne Terrasse, eine davon mit ausfahrbarer Markise, großer Garten mit Steg und Grill.
Der Ablauf der Buchung war sehr nett und unkompliziert - Frau Leuschel stand sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen auch vor Ort zur Verfügung.
Der Park ist ebenfalls sehr schön und anspechend.
Dieses Haus und dieser Park bieten alles um einen perfekten Urlaub zu verbringen.
Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
