Holiday destination
In the summer, swimming, sailing, surfing, golfing on two courses, hiking and cycling on well-developed bike paths is possible almost everywhere on the sunny island of Usedom. However, autumn and winter in particular, when things calm down, give the island its own special charm. A couple of recommendations for culture enthusiasts: The "Benzer Musiksommer" (summer festival in Benz) with top-class events, and Usedom's Music Festivals, which is also known well beyond the island.
Getting there
The easiest way to get here is by car, of course, but one can also take the train to Anklam and from there bus no. 201 to Usedom, then switch to bus no. 284 which stops in front of our house. You can also book a flight to Heringsdorf Airport and while taking the bus from there to the house is an option, it's better if you give us a call and we'll pick you up! That way, you'll get here faster :)

Das wunderschöne Ferien Gut in Welzin lädt zum idyllischen, ruhigen Urlaub ein. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen und dieses Haus ist ein absolutes Luxus-Objekt. Es fehlt tatsächlich an Nichts. Der Pool hatte dauerhaft 34 Grad und die Sauna kann man so oft benutzen wie man will. Im Dorf Welzin selbst, gibt es wenige Attraktionen, es ist eben ein richtiger Land-Urlaub auf dem Dorf, daher die Bepunktung 4.
Den Vermieter, Herrn Kühne-Hellmessen, konnte man jeder Zeit erreichen, er war stets kooperativ und freundlich. Da er das Haus mit seinen eigenen Händen saniert hat und so viel Liebe, Zeit und Geduld hineingesteckt hat, hatte unser Urlaub einen ganz besonderen Flair in diesem Haus. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, jeder Zeit wieder! Vielen Dank!
