Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (keine Rauchmelder). Auf der Website von Belvilla heißt es, dass sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet, man aber einen ziemlich steilen Hang hinabsteigen muss, eine Art Keller. Als Invalide hatte ich tatsächlich ein Haus im Erdgeschoss gesucht, ein Fehler von Belvilla. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, er hat beim Ausladen des Autos geholfen, allerdings muss man sein Auto höher parken, noch weiter steil neben der Garage, da seine Frau sonst mit einem VW Golf nicht in die über 7 Meter breite Garage gelangen kann . . Mir geht es gut, aber ich hoffe, dass Belvilla die Beschreibung „nicht für Behinderte geeignet“ ändert!

Das Haus ist fertig, die Couch im Wohnzimmer riecht muffig, die Uhr im Wohnzimmer ist seit der Ankunft auf 13:30 Uhr gestellt. Auf dem Fernseher ist nur Schnee zu sehen. Außenbereich für Behinderte weniger geeignet. Wenn Sie sich oben an einem Hang befinden, möchte der Vermieter auch, dass Sie Ihr Auto noch weiter oben parken, denn seine Frau muss mit ihrem Auto einen VW Golf in der Garage abstellen können, das Garagentor ist ca. 7 Meter breit. Näheres Parken wäre eine Lösung.
