Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. This withdrawal must be communicated to the landlord in writing. The relevant date is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal.
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 49th day before the start of the rental period: 10%;
Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%;
Withdrawal up to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 90%;
thereafter and in case of no-show 100%.

Getting there
Getting to Dénia is convenient by plane. The nearest airports are those in Alicante and Valencia. Both are connected to Dénia via the A-7 motorway. Exit 62 leads into the city. From Ondara, the national road N-332 goes to Dénia. There is also a train connection towards Alicante and Valencia. Ferry boats operate between the port of Denia and the Balearic Islands.

Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt an gar nichts, sogar Stühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand darf man mitbenutzen, und die liebevolle Einrichtung machen den Urlaub perfekt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist zudem größer als wir es von den Fotos erwartet hätten. Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und durch die Palmen ist auch immer Schatten zu finden. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin war sehr gut, man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner. Ein Mietwagen würden wir empfehlen, da die schönsten Strände ein Stück entfernt sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.
