Das Haus mit seiner eleganten Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Begeistert waren wir von dem traumhaften Garten, der an einen Urlaub in der Toscana erinnert. 3 verschiedene Sitzgruppen ermöglichten, ausgestattet mit Sonnenschirmen, ermöglichten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Freien auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die sehr freundliche Eigentümerin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen versorgt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend über der Stadt, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist. Allerdings ist der Anstieg zum Haus dann etwas beschwerlich, was für uns kein Problem war. Deshalb der leichte Punktabzug zur Umgebung. Aber es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor der Innenstadt. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, das wir unumwunden weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist außergewöhnlich schön. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage ist ideal. Es liegt oben auf einem Hügel in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann problemlos in die Altstadt von Bad Münstereifel laufen.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist von hoher Qualität mit vielen Designer-Stücken (Outlet Stadt Bad Münstereifel). Die Küche ist hochwertig, alles Notwendigen für die Selbstversorgung ist vorhanden, nicht zuletzt geschmackvolles Geschirr. Besonders gemütlich ist der Wohnbereich, sowohl beim Essbereich als auch mit bequemen Sesseln und Sofa. Es gibt draußen zwei Plätze auf der Terrasse, so dass man je nach Tageszeit Sonne tanken kann. Der Garten ist überaus gepflegt und eine reine Freude.
Von Bad Münstereifel aus kann man viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichen oder wandern.
