Schöne, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Manager Manfred ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und gut mit dem Auto oder Skibus vom Skigebiet aus zu erreichen. Wunderschönes Wandergebiet.

Im August 2025 verbrachten wir eine Woche im Chalet Top 5. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der man die Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Wenn man mit 10 Personen reist, schlafen zwei auf einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist für vier Kinder geeignet, für vier Erwachsene mit zwei Etagenbetten jedoch recht eng. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern dort und es war machbar.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat sogar leere Schränke, in denen man Lebensmittel verstauen kann. Das findet man nicht überall. Es gibt eine kleine Waschmaschine; ich glaube, sie fasst maximal 2 kg Wäsche, aber es ist toll, dass es eine gibt. Ein Wäscheständer ist vorhanden; Wäscheklammern bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Betten sind bequem; ich habe immer Rückenprobleme, aber diesmal nicht. Es gibt eine lange Garage mit Platz für zwei Autos oder ein Motorrad und ein Auto usw. Man kann sein Auto auch vor der Garage abstellen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten. Rufen Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft einfach Manfred (den österreichischen Schlüsselhalter) an und Sie erhalten den Code sowie einen herzlichen Empfang – er freut sich auf ein Gespräch!
Hinweis: Das Chalet Top 5 ist nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. Sie müssen 39 Stufen bis zur Eingangstür Ihres Apartments erklimmen, aber das ist noch nicht alles. Weitere 13 Stufen führen Sie ins Wohnzimmer und in die Küche, und weitere 13 Stufen führen Sie zu den Schlafzimmern. Dafür werden Sie mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
Der nächste Ort ist Hinterglemm, 5 Autominuten und 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Hinterglemm bietet ausgezeichnete Restaurants und einen Spar-Supermarkt. Saalbach hat einen großen M-Preiss-Supermarkt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
