Das Apartment entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos in der Anzeige â_x0080__x009e_Wolkenkratzer-Apartment auf höchstem Punkt mit wunderschöner Aussichtâ_x0080__x009c_ auf booking.com, wo die Buchung erfolgte. Der Name â_x0080__x009e_Wolkenkratzerâ_x0080__x009c_ ist irreführend und dem Gastgeber vor Ort unbekannt. Vermutlich bezieht er sich auf das Hauptgebäude von Huize Glory; die Aussicht von dort ist zwar tatsächlich schön, aber es handelt sich um ein Apartmentgebäude auf dem Gelände von Huize Glory. Die Fotos auf booking.com sind im Vergleich zur gebuchten Unterkunft irreführend und zeigen definitiv nicht das zugewiesene Apartment. Die Inneneinrichtung und der Grundriss stimmen weder mit der Beschreibung noch mit den Fotos überein. Beispielsweise fehlte die Mikrowelle, die auf den Fotos deutlich zu sehen ist. Dank des Gastgebers vor Ort konnten wir eine Mikrowelle organisieren. Ein einziges Foto des Wohnzimmers des tatsächlichen Apartments erhielten wir erst in der Buchungsbestätigung von Belvilla, nachdem wir über booking.com gebucht hatten.
Die Fotos auf der Belvilla-Website für dieses Apartment sind hinsichtlich der Inneneinrichtung teilweise korrekt, aber unvollständig; beispielsweise entspricht die Küche nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand (sie wurde vermutlich renoviert), und das Badezimmer ist auf dem Foto gar nicht zu sehen. Die AuÃ_x009f_enaufnahmen sind irreführend und zeigen sowohl auf Booking.com als auch auf Belvilla das Hauptgebäude von Huize Glory. Auf Belvilla ist sogar die Vorderfassade des Apartmentkomplexes abgebildet. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Apartment im hinteren Bereich mit einem baufälligen Eingang, der auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist.
Insgesamt vermittelt die Unterkunft keinen guten Eindruck, schon gar nicht über Booking.com. Der Komfort war mangelhaft; von den sechs Betten waren nur zwei im ersten Stock bequem, die anderen durchgelegen und hart. Das mittlere Bettbein im Erdgeschoss war abgebrochen. Das Badezimmer roch muffig nach Schimmel, der Ventilator funktionierte nicht und der Duschvorhang war unten verschmutzt. Die Esszimmerstühle quietschten und knarrten. Alles wirkte veraltet, zeugte von überfälliger Instandhaltung und mangelhafter Reinigung.
Alles in allem eine groÃ_x009f_e Enttäuschung, da die Unterkunft nicht so schön und idyllisch war, wie sie bei der Buchung dargestellt wurde.
