Cancellation policy
Your booking will be confirmed when I receive the following:
A signed and dated copy of the contract.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the global amount
The balance is due on the arrival at the house with a refundable damage deposit and options.
If this was to happen, we of course, try to find a satisfactory solution.
But please, do not hesitate to ask us as we can be flexible for the day of arrival, times of arriving and departure and the dates of payment.
During school holidays we only rent full weeks from saturdays to saturdays.

Holiday destination
Aumeville-Lestre is located in the Regional Park des Marais so it is very green and ecologically rich and preserved.
From your house a quiet lane leads to the sea through the marshes. Plenty of walks or cycling to do around with kids or dogs.
4 km from Quinéville : restaurant, biscuiterie with the best cakes ever, sailing school, horse-riding courses, few shops,
kilometers of sandy beaches; close from the Landing beaches, Barfleur, St Vaast La Hougue, only 2 hours from Mont saint Michel.
Getting there
We can be flexible concerning the times of arrival and departures.
Do not forget to take the directions with you as our property doens't show on google or sat nav.
To find us when you arrive from Caen on the RN13, please take the exit Montebourg
In the village, follow the signs towards Quinéville/ Quettehou.
At about 8 km, at the round-about still follow Quettehou.
At about 3 km, turn right towards the sea JUSt before the sign of the village of Aumeville lestre
At about 100 m, turn left at the old blue gate; Follow the lane, the cottage is on the right at the end !

Uns hat es hier so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt wiederkommen werden. Ein wunderschönes Haus in schöner Umgebung, von dort kann man viel unternehmen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Buchungsabwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt, also ein rundum gelungener stressfreier Urlaub. Sogar unser Hund vergibt 5 Sterne.

Wir haben das Haus wirklich ganz spontan zwei Tage vor Anreise gebucht und hatten wirklich Glück: unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber, ein traumhaftes und sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, Natur und Strand sozusagen vor der Tür (mit Hund einfach ideal) und sogar das Wetter hat uns dieses Mal verwöhnt - ein goldener Oktober! Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen auch ganz sicher wieder.
