Adeje is on average 280m above sea level. Due to the location of this village in the south you can enjoy many hours of sunshine a year. Adeje is growing steadily and there will always be on building new homes and apartment complexes. The old town charm with typical Canarian houses, narrow streets and lined with laurel trees in village squares and avenues. In the center of the old town is the beautiful church of Santa Ursula. Adeje is located in Barranco del Infierno (Hell's Ravine). This gorge is a very popular destination for hikers.
