If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

The village of Podaca is quite easily accessible by plane, car, bicycle, or even public transport. It is located exactly between Split and Dubrovnik. Split Airport is only 90 km away. You can also rent a car directly at the airport and reach the holiday home in about 2 – 3 hours. The journey by car from Munich takes about 8 – 10 hours.
