Cancellation policy
The rental agreement can only be terminated in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival date.
30% between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the arrival day or later, the full rental amount.

The well-maintained holiday park is located directly behind the dunes and invites you to take a stroll with its canals and small ponds.
For our younger guests, there are plenty of play options: a swimming lake, soccer and basketball courts, play equipment, table tennis, trampoline, and go-karts.
Behind the dunes lies one of the widest sandy beaches in North Holland, complete with a beach restaurant and snack bar.
Mini-golf, trampoline, bicycle and go-kart rental, as well as a cafe-restaurant are located right in the park.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Sehr viel Stauraum, so viel kann man von zu Hause gar nicht mitnehmen, um all die Schränke voll zu bekommen. Auch die Küche ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit sehr viel Porzellan, Besteck und Töpfen. Die Betten sind top. Auch unsere Hunde waren gern gesehen und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Das perfekte Haus für 2 Personen mit Hunden. Leider hatten wir überwiegend schlechtes Wetter und konnten den Garten kaum nutzen. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und der Kontakt zu Frau Steiner war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich.

Das Ferienhaus ist extrem gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! (Es gibt u. a. sogar eine Heißluftfritteuse.) Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, die Betten bequem und die Dusche geräumig und mit starkem Wasserdruck. Die Lampen neben dem Fernseher geben so ein schönes warmes Licht, dass ich sie nachgekauft habe. :-) Der Garten ist ebenfalls ein Traum, auf der Terrasse sitzt man vor Blicken geschützt und es ist herrlich ruhig, dank der perfekten Lage. Auch unser Hund hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Fazit: Wir sind begeistert und haben vor, mal wiederzukommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
