Cancellation policy
Awaytocroatia requires a 30% down payment to seal the booking. The remaining amount is due 45 days before arrival or at the time of arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation will be retained. In case of special travel restrictions due to COVID 19 and inability to travel and cross borders entire payment could be used as a travel credit for some future date at the same property.

Villa is very well equipped with everything we needed, clean. There is a beautiful garden well maintained and the pool and the area around the pool is large enough and really nice.
We used the bikes to go to Kanegra which was great.
Would definitely recommend this villa.

Das Casa Roza ist ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem tollen Pool.
Die Besitzer, vor allem Dolores, sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten und anderen Leckereien beschenkt.
Sie kümmern sich fürsorglich um ihre Gäste und haben uns eine wunderschönen Urlaub bereitet.
